Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and live nature of the WordPress & Elementor Masterclass and its bonus materials, purchases are generally final. Please read the terms below carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

• All purchases for live classes and instant digital access are final and non-refundable unless an explicit offer states otherwise.
• If we cancel a live session, you will be offered an alternative date or credit toward another course.

Cancellation by Participant

You may cancel your attendance, however, we do not provide refunds for cancellations unless stated in a promotional offer. If you need assistance, contact us and we'll try to help.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, exceptions may be granted at our discretion (e.g., a proven technical error, double-charge, or a legitimate issue preventing attendance). Contact us with supporting information at contact@mycreativedesigns.in.
